We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum required! The cost of shipping is included in the price of your products, so you won’t need to worry about additional fees at checkout.

 

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team will begin processing it. Processing typically takes 2-7 business days. This includes time for printing and quality checks.

 

Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Domestic Orders: 3-5 business days

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

 


 

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Please read our policy below:

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns for non-defective items, including if you ordered the wrong size or change your mind after purchase. Please be sure to check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or offer you a full refund. To report a problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide Photos: Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item. This will help us resolve the issue faster.

 Once the issue is verified, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund through our partner Printify.

 

Refunds

Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, but if you have received a damaged or defective item, we will work with you to make things right by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
